Driada “Sustalad” (Sustanon) is a long-acting injectable testosterone blend containing four testosterone esters: testosterone propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate, and decanoate. This combination allows both fast onset and sustained testosterone release. Testosterone is essential for male health, influencing muscle mass, strength, energy levels, fat metabolism, bone density, libido, and overall physical performance.
Sustalad is primarily used for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in men with testosterone deficiency (hypogonadism). It supports the development and maintenance of male sexual characteristics, helps preserve muscle tissue, reduces catabolic hormone activity, and contributes to overall vitality. Testosterone therapy may also be used in certain medical conditions such as endocrine disorders, reduced libido, and prevention of osteoporosis in hypogonadal men. Dosage and Administration
Sustalad is administered by deep intramuscular injection. Dosage and injection frequency depend on individual response, medical condition, age, and hormone levels. In clinical settings, injections are commonly administered every 3–4 weeks, though treatment schedules must always be determined by a qualified healthcare professional.
Safety and Side Effects
Possible side effects include acne, increased body or facial hair, voice deepening, fluid retention, elevated blood pressure, changes in cholesterol levels, and prostate enlargement. Estrogen-related effects such as gynecomastia may occur. Long-term or improper use may increase the risk of cardiovascular issues, liver dysfunction, polycythemia, mood changes, or fertility suppression. If severe side effects occur, treatment should be stopped and medical advice sought immediately.
Important Warnings
Sustalad should not be used in individuals with known or suspected prostate or breast cancer, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in those with hypersensitivity to any component of the product. Caution is required in patients with heart disease, kidney or liver impairment, hypertension, epilepsy, or migraine. Androgens may cause fluid and sodium retention in susceptible individuals.
Sustalad contains peanut oil and must not be used by individuals with peanut or soy allergies.
Special Considerations
Use in adolescents requires extreme caution, as testosterone may cause premature closure of growth plates. Regular monitoring of hemoglobin, lipid profile, liver function, and prostate health is recommended during prolonged therapy. In female-to-male patients, treatment should begin only after thorough medical and psychological evaluation, with ongoing monitoring throughout therapy.
