Maximum dosage: Up to 6 capsules per meal. Such doses can be used in cases of overeating or consuming particularly heavy meals (large amounts of meat, fat, protein shakes, etc.). It’s best to start with a lower dose and increase gradually based on individual tolerance and food volume.
