1-Testosterone, also known as dihydroboldenone, is a potent anabolic-androgenic steroid derived from boldenone and structurally similar to Primobolan (methenolone). Unlike Primobolan, it lacks the 1-methyl group, which affects oral bioavailability.

1-Testosterone is a dihydrotestosterone (DHT) derivative with an additional double bond between carbons 1 and 2, stabilizing the 3-keto group and increasing anabolic activity. It is considered non-estrogenic, meaning estrogen-related side effects like water retention or gynecomastia are generally absent.
